Ensure timely completion of all assigned tickets for request fulfilment or issue resolution. • Supporting of all Physical and Virtual Enterprise systems and infrastructure. • Installing approved Network and OS patches. • Filing and printing service. • Remote office support. • Knowledge of Group Policies and Scripting • Window Server (2008, 2012) Server Administration • Enterprise backups and recoveries. • VoIP, telephone and voice mail support. • Full desktop support extended to applications, desktop troubleshooting and maintenance, VPN, roaming and local profiles, etc. • Back-end desktop bench testing, workstation image building, application troubleshooting and maintenance, creating and disabling user accounts. • Enterprise application support and administration (e.g., Email, SQL Server, Anti-Virus, Data Backup and Recovery, etc.). • Macintosh server and desktop support. • Working with the SQL Database Administrator to perform all common database administration tasks including database backups and recovery, database security and permissions management, database server administration, etc. • Coordination of ad-hoc IT projects. • Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the company’s Standards of Performance. • Be involved in the day to day audit work on an operation and to notify the Information Technology Manager on any abnormal activities. • Be fully conversant of the IT service portfolio offered by the IT Department to the company. • Assist authorized users with an operation of the company IT system hardware, applications and workflows. • Ensure that preventive maintenance required by all IT equipment within the company is carried out appropriately as per schedule. • Coordinate the timely repair and return to service of any faulty IT equipment. • Monitor backup schedules and randomly test the backup of data in any IT system. • Follow the business continuity procedure accurately to continue the business operation of the company in the event of a system failure. • Compose manuals on the use of any IT systems and incorporate those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the company. • Investigate software fault reports or enhancement requests. • Monitor all security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access. • Provide technical assistance to internal or external Audit staff. • Ensure a minimum stock level of all IT parts and consumables.
